On November 22, 2019, Mr. Ji Guangyuan, General Manager of Guangyuan International, was invited to participate in the 18th Pan-Yellow Sea China-Japan-Korea Economic and Technical Exchange.

The exchange meeting was hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, the Kyushu Economic and Industrial Bureau of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Kyushu Economic Internationalization Promotion Agency, and the Korea Ministry of Industry, Trade and Industry, and the Asian Department of the Ministry of Commerce, the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce, and the Jining Municipal Government. A new model of economic exchanges in the Yellow Sea region, deepening cooperation in the Pan-Yellow Sea region of the three countries, strengthening the construction of China, Japan and Korea's international industrial parks, and promoting the coordinated development of the Yellow Sea region.

Peng Gang, Director of the Asian Department of the Ministry of Commerce, Shi Guangliang, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, Yan Tiankang, Director of the Kyushu Economic and Trade Bureau of Japan, and Kim Ki-Jun, Director of the Free Trade Agreement of the Korea Ministry of Industry, Trade and Resources, delivered a speech at the plenary session.

In his speech, Peng Gang pointed out that this year marks the 20th anniversary of the launch of the China-Japan-ROK cooperation mechanism. As an important part of the cooperation mechanism between the three countries, the Pan-Yellow Sea China-Japan-Korea Economic and Technical Exchange Conference has been actively involved and maintained in the three parties since its inception in 2001. Under the 18th session, it has become an important platform for the three countries to promote comprehensive, wide-ranging and deep-level economic and trade cooperation and local economic cooperation. The Chinese side welcomes Japanese and Korean companies to actively participate in China's new round of opening up. It is expected that the three parties will further strengthen cooperation, expand the breadth and depth of cooperation in the Yellow Sea, and jointly create an open and inclusive new pattern of cooperation between China, Japan and South Korea.
